Each new patient is required to pay the one off platinum service fee. This is in addition to a new consultation cost.

This can be paid in full after the first consultation OR in fortnightly payments of after the first consultation. The platinum service fee is in addition to consultation costs and supplements.

Where practical, we will recommend you do any relevant testing via your GP so that you are bulk billed via Medicare. Where required, we do work with an independent testing laboratory and can arrange testing for you. Costs for independent testing will vary however an invoice for the tests will be sent to you prior to you conducting any tests.

Patients must scan and email the results in the form of one file. Photos are not accepted.

We utilise a combination of methods to assess where your health is at. These include various testing modalities, photos and consultations.

Clinic policy stipulates all reschedules OR cancelations must be advised within 72 business hours otherwise a late fee will be charged. This will enable us to offer the spot to others on the wait list.

All treatment plans are tailored to an individual’s unique circumstances and need. How often you consult with the Naturopath will be determined by your Naturopath and communicated with you during your initial consultation.

A comprehensive yet easy to follow treatment protocol summary is emailed to you after each consultation.
